The accessible one. Chef Sédrik Allani graduated from Harajuku - Tokyo's most prestigious ramen school - then came home to open this. Lighter, less greasy ramen adapted for European palates without compromising technique. Cherry blossom branches overhead, ombrelle ceiling, 100 seats. Good range: tonkotsu, chicken, vegetarian (17-vegetable broth with walnut). Rose-shaped gyoza are beautiful. Also has Neko Ramen Green (31 Rue de Paradis, 10e) for expanded vegetarian menu.
What to order
Tonkotsu ramen with organic pork, add ajitama egg. Chicken karaage starter. Rose gyoza.
