Facing the Pont Neuf, somehow untouristy. Robin and Arthur run this cosy cave with exposed stone walls and old beams. Natural and biodynamic wines from small French, Spanish, and Italian producers. The gouda au truffe and burrata are excellent. Tapas change seasonally.
