Dedicated to V60 pour-over: gentle brewing, subtle and nuanced cups. You can sample before ordering. Beans from The Picky Chemist (Liège), Goût & Co (Sichuan), and rotating roasters.

What to order

V60 pour-over - ask to sample first, then choose. Pastries (carrot cake, madeleines) are good.

Insider tip

Already a local favourite despite being new. Close to I/O and Fringe - hit all three in one Marais morning. Right on Rue Charlot, near Filles du Calvaire metro.
