One of France's most respected roasters, recently rebranded from Kawa. Known for exceptionally light roast profiles - bright, expressive, floral and fruit-forward. Their espresso is pulled with higher water ratios to maximise extraction. Orange bags are iconic.

What to order

Pour-over. Tell them your flavour profile - they'll match you. The light roast espresso is divisive but extraordinary if you like acidity.
