↗ Open in MapsThis isn't a café. It's a 2-hour, reservation-only coffee omakase. Joachim Morceau (ex-Terres de Café head barista) is the sole barista and roaster. No sugar, no pastries, no music, no takeaway. 5 seats around a U-shaped bar. He roasts ultra-light on a Loring S7 in the back room, blast-freezes doses, and pulls shots on a Slayer with chilled portafilters - techniques you'd normally only see in competition. Ask for the omakase: he'll ask your flavour preferences ('favourite fruit? favourite ice cream?') and build a custom tasting. The flat white has been described as 'liquid cheesecake.' Competition-grade Geishas from Finca Deborah, Finca Sophia. Expect €5-17 per drink.
