Named after the on/off buttons on a coffee grinder. Danish-inspired minimalism - think Copenhagen dropped into the Marais. Serves La Cabra beans (the celebrated Danish roaster). Coffee comes in handmade clay and ceramic cups. The iced coffee is legendary - many consider it the best in Paris. Tiny space, books, art sketches. Deliberately simple menu: just coffee, done perfectly.

What to order

Iced coffee (their house specialty) or a flat white. V60 filter if you want to slow down.
