The pioneer. Tom Clark (Australian) and Antoine Nétien (engineer-turned-roaster) opened in 2011 and catalysed the entire Parisian specialty coffee revolution. Own roastery, direct sourcing from producers. The 7e flagship is a large industrial space near Les Invalides - one of the few specialty cafés where you can actually spread out. Has evolved into a full restaurant with table service.

What to order

Chemex or AeroPress if you want the full Coutume experience. Espresso for something quick. Their brunch is legit.
