Not a café per se - this is Paris's most important roastery. Founded 2013 by David Flynn (Télescope co-founder) and Thomas Lehoux. Their beans are in most serious cafés across the city. The 19e HQ has a tasting space. La Fontaine de Belleville is their retro-bistrot concept café.

What to order

Tasting flight at the HQ if you're a coffee geek. At La Fontaine, just enjoy the beans in a classic bistrot setting.
