Maxime Frédéric (head pastry chef at Cheval Blanc - the LVMH palace hotel) opened this in a stunning 1900s former bakery in Batignolles, Nov 2024. Everything locally sourced. The semolina brioches are voluptuous - grown-up childhood snacks.
