London's cult cookie shop landed in the Marais. Chef Jeremy Coste (Institut Paul Bocuse, ex-Jean-Francois Piege) bakes on-site throughout the day so cookies are always warm. Soft, thick, slightly underdone in the centre with pools of melted chocolate. All-pink interior, four flavours, €4.50 each. The miso & white chocolate is the one locals talk about.
